Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and superior client service.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying the brand vision to foster consumer brand loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively.
- Independently manage client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
- Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and alternatives, while anticipating future client needs.
- Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and all category information.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
- Adhere to all in-store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement.
- Receive and pack stock in assigned categories.
- Conduct inventory scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
- Replenish display merchandise as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales or client services is preferred.
