Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement, regular communication, and proactive relationship management
• Achieve monthly sales objectives while delivering exceptional service and personalized product recommendations
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador, instilling Gucci's brand vision and fostering consumer brand loyalty
• Follow up on client enquiries and after-sales requests independently and proactively
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, including best sellers and new arrivals
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain display standards aligned with global guidelines
• Adhere to all in-store Standard Operating Procedures and assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement
• Execute stock receiving, packing, and inventory management tasks within assigned categories
• Conduct category scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity within retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion
• Well-groomed appearance with a professional and pleasant demeanor
• Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated sales drive
• Inquisitive mindset and ability to engage authentically with clients
• Independent individual with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• Passion for advancing a career within the luxury fashion industry

Skills

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in retail or service sectors, with preference for luxury fashion background and a demonstrated track record of sales success and client satisfaction.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in hospitality, retail management, or luxury brand training are advantageous.
