Gucci Client Advisor position in Hanoi, Vietnam. Drive sales and build lasting client relationships in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely to ensure clients feel valued from first contact
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster strong, lasting relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
- Discover client needs, desires, and aspirations; create meaningful connections and demonstrate a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Develop client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect and analyze meaningful client information throughout the journey to customize service and tailor product recommendations
- Provide insights on local lifestyle trends in theatre, arts, travel, and culture to add value to the client experience
- Drive individual and collective sales results through monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities in-store and remotely
- Apply effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner, utilizing cross-selling and upselling strategies
- Select and present products matched to client needs and benefits using expert product knowledge and honest styling advice
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities
- Maintain a unified 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions, exchanges, returns, and repairs
- Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their preferences and requirements
- Foster open, constructive communication with team members and propose effective collaborative solutions
- Utilize storytelling, expert product knowledge, and styling expertise to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions
- Attend trainings proactively to develop insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay informed of fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation to deliver optimal solutions
- Combine styling knowledge with consultative selling to best serve client needs
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm and authenticity
- Participate actively in store operations including stock maintenance and inventory management
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Process POS transactions accurately and ensure precise capture of client information
- Contribute to upholding visual product displays in accordance with Gucci visual merchandising standards
- Maintain company grooming standards at all times in line with Gucci policies
- Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
- Manage general store administration and operational functionality

Skills
Experience
Candidates should ideally possess prior experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or premium hospitality environments. Experience in client-facing roles requiring relationship-building, consultative selling, and personalized service delivery is highly valued. Familiarity with omni-channel retail environments—including in-store, virtual, and distance sales—is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent is required. Some luxury brands may prefer candidates with formal training in fashion, retail management, or hospitality; however, demonstrated excellence in client service and sales may compensate for formal qualifications.
