Gucci Client Advisor position in Hanoi, Vietnam—luxury retail sales and client relationship management in boutique setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from first contact through delivery of best-in-class in-store and remote service
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs, desires, and aspirations, and demonstrate commitment to exceeding expectations
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities across in-store and remote channels
- Provide exceptional client experience through hospitality, elevated selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Apply effective cross-selling and upselling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information to understand preferences and customize service delivery
- Use expert product knowledge and storytelling to guide clients toward informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain the 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transaction types—purchases, exchanges, returns, and repairs
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales opportunities
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, and visual merchandising standards
- Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and Gucci grooming standards with focus on loss prevention

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales, client services, or fashion retail is preferred; demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and cultivate client relationships in a high-end environment is essential.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; post-secondary fashion, retail management, or business studies are advantageous.
