Gucci Client Advisor in Hanoi (Hoan Kiem District) – retail role delivering luxury client experiences and omni-channel sales in the Gucci boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients in-store and remotely, establishing rapport and delivering a personalized, hospitality-driven experience throughout the client journey.
  • Drive individual and team sales results by identifying selling opportunities, applying cross-sell and up-sell techniques, and monitoring KPIs.
  • Recruit and develop a personal client base; organise and promote virtual appointments and distance-sales initiatives to expand revenue channels.
  • Apply expert product knowledge and storytelling to advise clients on styling, product benefits and collections, ensuring purchases align with client needs and aspirations.
  • Collect and maintain accurate client data to personalise service and support a unified "One-Gucci-Client" approach across transactions, repairs and returns.
  • Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventory activities, POS transactions and general administration, adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and presentation standards by maintaining product displays in line with Gucci visual guidelines.
  • Participate in regular trainings to stay current on product ranges, fashion trends and competitor activity; embody the brand's values and grooming standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a strong retail sales background; prior clienteling experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet individual sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine service orientation and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Comfort with technology used for clienteling and remote selling; accuracy in POS operations and client data capture.
  • Flexibility to participate in store operational duties and to attend ongoing product and selling skills training.
