Gucci Client Advisor position in Hangzhou, China. Represent the luxury brand and guide customers through their shopping journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients and maintain the highest standards of brand presentation
- Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey with personalized service
- Present collections and products using established brand standards and protocols
- Provide expert advice on product characteristics, styles, trends, and collections
- Contribute to achievement of store sales targets and performance goals
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty
- Embody and communicate company values in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Gucci brand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service excellence with proven ability to build relationships
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is preferred. Prior sales or client-facing roles demonstrate the ability to guide customers through purchasing decisions.
Education
Secondary education minimum; diploma or equivalent qualification required.
