Gucci Client Advisor position in Hangzhou, China. Deliver luxury retail excellence and personalized customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative, personalized styling and product guidance to clientele
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive relationship management and follow-up communication
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and brand values
- Present new collections and seasonal offerings to existing and prospective clients
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation excellence
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in delivering consistent service standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Understanding of luxury fashion, design principles, and brand heritage
- Ability to build authentic client relationships and identify styling needs
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor befitting a luxury retail environment
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality client-facing roles preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further studies in fashion, business, or hospitality a plus.
