Gucci Client Advisor position in Gwangju — represent the luxury brand and guide customers through their buying journey with expert styling advice.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the complete buying journey with product expertise and styling recommendations
- Present the Gucci collection according to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Advise customers on product characteristics, styling options, and seasonal trends
- Embody brand values and contribute to a premium retail experience
- Achieve assigned sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Gucci brand
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage customers and guide purchasing decisions
- Understanding of premium retail service standards
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or premium brand environments is preferred; familiarity with omni-channel sales (retail, wholesale, or e-commerce) is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in fashion, luxury retail, or client services is valued.
