Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client needs through extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring client comfort.
- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels in the warehouse and on the floor in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.

Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury, retail, fashion, or service industries is preferred. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
