Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Identify client needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales through effective clienteling activities.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging clients in discussions about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by tailoring services to diverse client styles and ensuring client comfort.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
