Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Identify customer needs and enhance sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by tailoring experiences to diverse customer styles.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Customer-centric service mindset with adaptability to diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills.
- High ethical standards and sense of responsibility.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in luxury, retail, fashion, or service industries preferred.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is an advantage.
