Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout their buying journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Present the collection adhering to brand standards and guidelines.
- Act as the visible face of the brand, embodying company values and ethos.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Provide support on styles, product characteristics, and current trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean and English.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail dynamics.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
