Client Advisor position at Gucci in Guangdong, China. Represent the luxury brand, guide customers, and drive retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients with professionalism and sophistication
- Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey
- Provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and fashion trends
- Present the collection using established brand standards and presentation techniques
- Embody company values and serve as the visible face of the brand
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and performance goals
- Enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting client relationships
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the brand's aesthetic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with fashion trends and product knowledge
Skills
Experience
