Gucci Client Advisor role in Guadalajara, Mexico—luxury retail sales, bilingual (Spanish/English), exceptional customer service in fashion boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their expectations, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage
- Offer informed guidance on fashion trends and luxury market developments, articulating brand philosophy with genuine passion and expertise
- Build and cultivate lasting customer relationships across diverse nationalities and personalities, creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust
- Maintain and update customer information systematically within the CRM platform to support retention strategies and identify high-potential clientele
- Execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives across all product categories to maximize transaction value
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales targets, actively driving business growth and performance
- Collaborate openly with team members, fostering constructive communication and proposing innovative solutions to operational challenges
- Manage visual product displays in compliance with Gucci's brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Oversee product replenishment and conduct physical inventory management of merchandise
Qualifications
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated experience in face-to-face customer service within luxury retail, fashion, or related sectors
- Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful customer relationships
- Exceptional ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and frequently changing retail environment
- Team-oriented mindset with commitment to collaborative problem-solving
- Willingness to work flexible retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in fashion retail, luxury goods sales, or a related customer-facing role within a high-end environment. The candidate should possess a demonstrated ability to drive sales performance while maintaining elevated standards of client service.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in fashion, retail management, or hospitality is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
