Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Edinburgh to deliver luxury retail experiences and drive sales in our boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators through data-driven analysis of personal performance and sales opportunities
- Execute cross- and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value and client satisfaction
- Deliver engaging and emotionally resonant client experiences aligned with Gucci hospitality standards and welcome protocols
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through proactive engagement from initial store entry
- Apply styling expertise to curate personalized product combinations that address individual client needs and preferences
- Build and develop both local and international client bases through recruitment and cultivation of high-value clientele
- Maintain knowledge of current collections, product features, and brand positioning to provide authoritative styling consultation
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in high-end luxury fashion retail or premium hospitality
- Proven sales achievement record with documented ability to consistently meet or exceed targets
- Comprehensive knowledge of Gucci brand heritage, product categories, and luxury fashion positioning
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced retail environments
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Availability to work varied hours including weekends

Experience
Prior experience working within high-end luxury fashion brands or premium hospitality environments with a documented record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and developing client loyalty.
Education
