Gucci Client Advisor (fixed-term) in Edinburgh — deliver personalised luxury experiences and achieve sales targets at Gucci's Edinburgh boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging available sales data and in-store systems to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Maximise revenue through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques while maintaining a client-first approach.
  • Deliver an engaging, emotional and highly personalised client experience following Gucci's hospitality and welcome standards.
  • Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with local and international clients, recruiting and developing top clientele.
  • Apply styling knowledge and product expertise to curate mix-and-match solutions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Host and manage client appointments and interactions in line with brand service protocols.

Qualifications

  • Some experience with a high-end luxury fashion brand or in premium hospitality environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of Gucci and the luxury fashion sector.
  • Ability to perform productively in high-pressure, fast-paced retail settings.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
