Gucci Client Advisor (12-month FTC) in Edinburgh — represent Gucci, advise clients and achieve sales targets in a luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients throughout the buying journey, delivering exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice.
- Present and explain product features, materials and styling options according to Gucci brand standards.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through clienteling activities and follow-up to maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation directives to maintain boutique standards.
- Process sales transactions, manage returns and ensure accurate till reconciliation and record-keeping.
- Support daily boutique operations including stock replenishment, inventory controls and maintaining a refined sales floor environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (retail experience preferred).
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand standards and values.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment; typically 1–3 years is desirable, with demonstrated ability to build client relationships and close sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or luxury sales training is advantageous but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be located in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
