Client Advisor - Gucci Minneapolis Southdale location. Luxury retail sales role, $17-$18/hr. Drive sales and build client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from first contact through delivery of best-in-class service both in-store and remotely
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Develop client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships through strategic engagement
  • Leverage in-store technology and digital tools to ensure every client interaction is smooth, relevant, and memorable
  • Collect and utilize meaningful client information throughout the journey to understand preferences and customize service delivery
  • Create added value by sharing curated insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, travel, and cultural events
  • Drive individual and collective sales results while maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and through remote channels
  • Provide exceptional client experience through sophisticated selling techniques, luxury gestures, and masterful product storytelling
  • Apply effective selling skills in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales while maintaining a client-centric approach
  • Select and recommend products that match client needs and preferences, employing cross-selling and upselling techniques strategically
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales by proactively recruiting clients to create additional selling opportunities
  • Maintain a unified 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, managing exchanges, returns, repairs, and related transactions with excellence
  • Guide and inspire clients to make confident, informed purchasing decisions aligned with their personal style
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, demonstrating collaboration and proposing effective solutions
  • Engage clients through expert storytelling, deep product knowledge, and honest styling advice to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
  • Attend training sessions proactively to build expertise in product knowledge and advanced selling techniques
  • Remain current with fashion trends, competitive landscape developments, and client segmentation strategies
  • Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer solutions that authentically serve clients

  • Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and visual merchandising

  • Follow company grooming standards and maintain professional appearance at all times in accordance with Gucci policies

  • Manage general store administration and operational functionality

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust
  • Deep knowledge about and genuine passion for fashion and luxury goods
  • Excellent commercial awareness with a client-centric mindset
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to diverse client needs and complex situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic retail environment

Experience
