Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients and establish strong relationships through best-in-class service delivered in-store and remotely
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant
  • Collect meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to customize service and understand preferences
  • Create value for clients by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
  • Drive individual and collective sales results and maximize selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
  • Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, elevation, effective selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
  • Use consultative selling techniques in a natural, warm, elevated manner to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude
  • Select products matched to client needs and effectively employ cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, ensuring consistency across exchanges, returns, repairs, and other transactions
  • Guide clients to make informed decisions and select the right products for their needs
  • Engage with clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice informed by deep understanding of Gucci philosophy and products
  • Attend trainings proactively to develop product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Stay current on fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation to deliver optimal solutions
  • Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to serve clients effectively
  • Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with an enthusiastic, authentic attitude
  • Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
  • Process POS transactions accurately and ensure precise capture of client information
  • Maintain visual product displays according to Gucci visual merchandising standards
  • Follow company grooming standards and policies at all times
  • Ensure optimal stock levels on the sales floor in line with corporate policies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
  • Demonstrated capacity to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
  • Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
  • High adaptability and ability to manage complex client situations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-moving, dynamic retail environments

Experience

2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar role or customer service setting, with proven track record of driving sales results and building client relationships.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 20 per hour.
