Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store monthly and seasonal sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury retail experience in line with the Gucci selling ceremony and brand values.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the company CRM and manage an organised, up-to-date client book with regular follow-up.
- Advise clients on product assortment, trends and luxury market developments to drive client development and repeat business.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet Gucci visual standards.
- Maintain understock and stockroom organisation; support daily store operations and adhere to loss-prevention and safety procedures.
- Comply with Gucci image guidelines, company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of luxury fashion or high-end retail sales experience in a client-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales and KPI objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and disciplined follow-up.
- Team-oriented with the capacity to collaborate constructively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of progressive luxury fashion sales experience in a high-end retail or customer service environment, with demonstrable success against targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, luxury sales or a related discipline preferred.
