Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, enhancing business development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, aligned with Gucci's heritage and selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising by maintaining product displays according to Gucci's visual standards.
- Contribute to store operations by keeping stock rooms organized and adhering to Gucci's image standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Demonstrated capability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with multitasking ability.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
1-2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
