Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships and provide exceptional service both in-store and remotely.
  • Deliver personalized experiences to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Utilize in-store technology to enhance client experiences and gather meaningful client information.
  • Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create new selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Utilize product knowledge and styling expertise to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and visual merchandising.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude. Ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations. Passion for fashion and luxury.

Experience

A minimum of two years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
