Role & Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships and provide exceptional service both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver personalized experiences to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Utilize in-store technology to enhance client experiences and gather meaningful client information.
- Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create new selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions to ensure a positive client experience.
- Utilize product knowledge and styling expertise to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of two years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
