Gucci seeks a Client Advisor for its Dallas NorthPark flagship store to serve as a brand ambassador and drive sales objectives through deepened client connections and elevated service experiences. The role encompasses managing client journeys across in-store and remote touchpoints, executing sales excellence through consultative selling and styling expertise, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will cultivate lasting client relationships while embodying Gucci's creative vision and luxury philosophy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from first contact through best-in-class service delivery both in-store and remotely
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating commitment to exceeding expectations
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships through consistent engagement
- Leverage in-store technology systems to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information throughout the journey to customize service and personalize product recommendations
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities across in-store and remote channels
- Select products matched to client needs and effectively employ cross-selling and upselling techniques grounded in genuine styling advice
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales opportunities to expand client engagement
- Maintain a unified 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions, including exchanges, returns, and repairs
- Engage clients through storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling guidance to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and visual merchandising according to Gucci standards
- Accurately process all point-of-sale transactions and ensure precise capture of client information
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Maintain personal grooming standards in accordance with Gucci brand guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Demonstrated success building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
- Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail or high-end customer service. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while cultivating strong client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further fashion or retail education preferred but not required.
