Gucci Client Advisor role in Dallas, NorthPark. Luxury fashion sales professional needed to drive sales and cultivate client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, creating a welcoming environment that fosters brand loyalty and repeat business
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences by understanding client needs and aspirations, providing styling advice grounded in deep product knowledge and fashion expertise
- Drive individual and store sales results by identifying selling opportunities, employing consultative selling techniques, and executing effective cross-selling and upselling strategies
- Maintain comprehensive client data and preferences to customize service, create meaningful connections, and leverage in-store technology for seamless client experiences
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales initiatives to expand the client base and create additional revenue opportunities
- Embody Gucci's brand philosophy and values through authentic storytelling, product expertise, and enthusiastic engagement with both clients and colleagues
- Ensure operational excellence through accurate POS processing, stock maintenance, visual merchandising compliance, and adherence to loss prevention and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain current knowledge of product collections, selling techniques, fashion trends, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships in a fast-paced retail environment
- Deep passion for and knowledge of fashion, luxury goods, and contemporary design trends
- Strong commercial awareness and client-centric mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
- Flexibility to work a full retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar retail or customer service role, with a demonstrated track record of driving sales and building client loyalty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional fashion or retail certifications preferred.
