Gucci Client Advisor position in Daegu, South Korea. Join our retail team and guide luxury customers through the buying journey while representing the prestigious Gucci brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers through every stage of the buying journey with personalized service
- Present the Gucci collection using established brand standards and guidelines
- Provide expert advice on product characteristics, styles, and seasonal trends
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets
- Enhance customer satisfaction through attentive and knowledgeable support
- Represent the brand values and maintain a professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and Gucci's brand heritage
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to engage customers and close sales
- Knowledge of the Gucci product range and collection
- Ability to work collaboratively with retail team members
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in fashion, business, or hospitality is a plus.
