Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through all stages of the purchasing journey, from product discovery to post-sale support
- Present collections and products in accordance with Gucci brand standards and aesthetic
- Advise customers on product characteristics, styling recommendations, and current trends
- Manage returns and exchanges with professionalism and attention to detail
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and store performance metrics
- Embody company values and serve as a visible brand ambassador to clientele
