Gucci Client Advisor in Daegu, South Korea — deliver luxury client service and drive retail sales for the brand's Daegu store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients at every stage of the purchasing journey, delivering personalised, discreet and anticipatory service in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Present and explain collections, product features and craftsmanship, guiding styling decisions and promoting complementary items to maximise client spend.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and personalised service initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through effective selling techniques and upselling.
- Execute store standards including visual merchandising, presentation of product, stock replenishment and store housekeeping to reflect brand aesthetics.
- Operate point-of-sale processes, handle transactions accurately and manage basic after-sales requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management on daily store operations, inventory control and local marketing or appointment activities.
- Participate in training programs to maintain deep product knowledge and remain current with seasonal campaigns and brand communication.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-service orientation with a polished, client-focused manner appropriate to luxury retail.
- Demonstrable experience in retail selling; experience in luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence discerning clients.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and local peak trading periods.
- Right to work in South Korea and ability to comply with local employment requirements.

Education
