Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history and products.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, fostering a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
