Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, embodying the company's values and standards.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Present the collection in alignment with brand standards to enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support store management with various sales activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
