Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, maintaining the highest level of service.
- Act as the visible face of the brand, upholding company values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of fashion and luxury market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail sales environment, ideally within the luxury fashion industry, is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
