Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships by delivering best-in-class, personalized service that fosters loyalty and repeat business
  • Develop and nurture the client base through recruitment of new clients and strategic development of existing relationships
  • Deliver elevated client experiences through sophisticated selling techniques, luxury gestures, and product rituals in both in-store and remote settings
  • Execute effective cross-selling and upselling techniques whilst selecting products aligned with client needs and preferences
  • Build rapport with clients by discovering aspirations and needs, establishing genuine connections and demonstrating commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Leverage in-store technology systems to ensure smooth, relevant, and seamless client interactions
  • Collect and maintain meaningful client information to enable personalized service customization and informed future engagement
  • Enhance the client experience by providing curated insights on local lifestyle trends including theatre, arts, and cultural offerings
  • Drive individual and collective sales results whilst promoting virtual appointments and distance selling opportunities
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge through proactive attendance at training sessions and staying current with fashion trends and competitor activity
  • Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle through authenticity and enthusiasm
  • Adhere to all operational policies and procedures with meticulous attention to loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, and POS accuracy
  • Participate actively in store operations including inventory management, stock maintenance, and visual display upkeep
  • Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in compliance with corporate standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain lasting relationships with diverse clientele and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and capacity to inspire trust and collaboration
  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury brands
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to accommodate retail scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience

2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar retail or customer service setting, with an excellent track record of driving sales results and building lasting client relationships.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.90 to USD 18 per hour.
