Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from first contact through personalized service delivery both in-store and remotely
- Deliver client-centric, personalized experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business whilst enhancing brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating generosity to exceed expectations
- Develop client base by actively recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant to their preferences
- Collect and document meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to enable customized service and styling recommendations
- Create and add value to the client experience by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and through remote channels
- Provide exceptional client experiences focused on hospitality and elevation through refined selling techniques, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales whilst maintaining a client-centric attitude
- Select products that best match client needs and benefits, effectively employing cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients to create additional selling opportunities
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, ensuring consistent service on exchanges, returns, repairs, and related transactions
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions that best serve their individual style and needs
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, demonstrating collaboration and proposing effective solutions
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice informed by deep brand understanding
- Proactively attend training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and selling expertise
- Stay current with fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation to deliver optimized solutions
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to serve clients effectively and authentically

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with ability to inspire trust and collaboration
- Deep knowledge of and demonstrated passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude
- High adaptability and ability to manage complex client situations and diverse preferences
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic retail environment
Skills
Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or equivalent customer service experience in an upscale retail setting, with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and building meaningful client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in fashion, business, or related disciplines preferred.
