Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data to foster client relationships and personalize future interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld for the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci standards.
- Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom and understock area.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse clients.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role is required.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Compensation
