Gucci Client Advisor in Singapore | Luxury eCommerce customer service role managing sales, fraud prevention, and VIP client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Resolve order-related issues by coordinating between clients and internal/external teams including warehouse, logistics, and repair departments
  • Detect and prevent fraud through systematic monitoring and process management to maintain compliance with chargeback targets
  • Manage payment issues and chargeback queries, ensuring timely recovery of losses within agreed deadlines
  • Partner with Gucci Administration and Fiscal Departments to resolve payment-related performance issues
  • Participate in functional testing of system enhancements and coordinate with technology teams to resolve issues before production deployment
  • Initiate and monitor charge sends and payment follow-ups
  • Attend pre-season product training meetings and maintain current product knowledge
  • Provide exceptional online customer service through phone, email, and chat with excellent communication skills
  • Manage customer cases addressing inquiries related to eCommerce products, stock availability, orders, returns, exchanges, repairs, and shipping
  • Act as a fashion stylist generalist, offering styling recommendations tailored to individual client needs
  • Cultivate relationships with Very Important Gucci clients (VIG) through dedicated, curated service to drive revenue growth
  • Process phone orders, send payment links, and manage payment follow-up to completion
  • Assist clients with order information changes, modifications, or cancellations
  • Request and process stock transfers for order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers for client returns and refund requests
  • Organize fraud review meetings with payment gateway partners and monitor fraud trends
  • Open and manage Kering Service tickets for client repair cases
  • Cross-collaborate with other departments and DOS stores to address customer requests
  • Complete administrative tasks and ensure proper distribution of documentation

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in retail, eCommerce operations, or client services
  • Luxury eCommerce sales and customer service experience with understanding of high-end customer expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Manhattan, or AS400 systems preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language advantageous
  • Strong organizational and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to process and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexible retail schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Understanding of eCommerce KPIs, target setting, and benchmarking
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities
