Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the first point of contact through best-in-class service delivered both in-store and remotely
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business while enhancing brand loyalty
- Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
- Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to understand preferences and customize service accordingly
- Provide clients with valuable insights on local lifestyle trends including theatre, arts, and travel to add tangible value to their experience
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experiences with a focus on hospitality and elevation through refined selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales while maintaining a client-centric attitude
- Select products matched to client needs and effectively employ cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients to generate selling opportunities
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, handling exchanges, returns, repairs, and other transactions with excellence
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions that align with their preferences
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, demonstrating collaboration and proposing effective solutions
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to inform purchasing decisions
- Proactively attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay current with fashion trends, competitors' offerings, and client segmentation to provide superior solutions
- Combine styling knowledge with the ability to offer products that best serve client needs
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with an enthusiastic attitude
- Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance and inventory management
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence

- Manage general store administration and functionality
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with ability to inspire trust and collaboration
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment

Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar client-facing or customer service role
