Gucci Client Advisor position in Chongqing. Represent the luxury brand, guide customers through their purchase journey, and drive sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers during the complete purchasing journey, from initial consultation to post-sale support
- Present Gucci collections and product lines in alignment with brand presentation standards and visual guidelines
- Provide detailed product knowledge regarding styles, materials, characteristics, and trend relevance
- Contribute to achievement of individual and store-level sales targets
- Uphold brand values and company standards as the primary brand representative to clients
- Enhance customer satisfaction through attentive service and personalized recommendations
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Gucci brand
- Strong understanding of client service excellence
- Ability to communicate brand values authentically
- Natural sales aptitude with consultative approach
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing roles is preferred; however, candidates demonstrating exceptional client service orientation and genuine brand passion may be considered at entry level.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further fashion, retail, or business qualifications are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Chongqing, Chongqing, China.
