Gucci Client Advisor position in Chicago, Illinois. Drive luxury sales, build client relationships, and deliver elevated brand experiences in a full-time retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from initial contact through ongoing interactions, whether in-store or remotely
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business while enhancing brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant experiences throughout the client journey
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information to customize service and anticipate preferences
- Create added value by providing insights on local lifestyle trends, cultural events, and experiences
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing in-store and remote selling opportunities
- Provide exceptional client experience through exceptional hospitality, refined selling skills, and luxury gestures aligned with product rituals
- Employ effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales while maintaining a client-centric attitude
- Select products matched to client needs and effectively deploy cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance selling by recruiting clients for remote selling opportunities
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, handling exchanges, returns, repairs, and other transactions with equal care
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their preferences and needs
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to facilitate purchasing decisions
- Maintain current knowledge of Gucci products, fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation to provide optimal solutions
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with an enthusiastic attitude
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and general administration
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information
- Contribute to upholding visual product displays according to Gucci visual standards
- Maintain Company grooming standards according to Gucci policies
- Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in line with corporate policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury brands
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude
- High adaptability to different clients and complex situations
- Strong communication skills with ability to work in fast-moving, dynamic environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar role or customer service setting, with a proven track record of driving sales and building client relationships.
