Gucci Client Advisor in Chengdu, China – Luxury retail sales and brand representation role combining customer guidance with sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the complete buying journey and provide expert product consultation
- Present the Gucci collection in accordance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Advise customers on product styles, characteristics, materials, and current trends
- Contribute to attainment of store sales targets and performance metrics
- Enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction through personalized service
- Embody and communicate Gucci brand values and aesthetic to all clientele
- Support store management activities and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Gucci brand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor befitting a luxury brand
- Capacity to build meaningful client relationships
Skills
Experience
Sales or customer service experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
