The Client Advisor represents the Gucci brand to clientele, guiding them through every stage of the purchasing journey with expertise in product characteristics, styling, and luxury fashion trends. This role combines brand advocacy with sales excellence, presenting the collection according to brand standards while maintaining company values and contributing to store sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the complete buying journey and provide expert product consultation
- Present the Gucci collection in accordance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Advise customers on product styles, characteristics, materials, and current trends
- Contribute to attainment of store sales targets and performance metrics
- Enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction through personalized service
- Embody and communicate Gucci brand values and aesthetic to all clientele
- Support store management activities and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Gucci brand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor befitting a luxury brand
- Capacity to build meaningful client relationships
Skills
Experience
Sales or customer service experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; further fashion or luxury retail training is advantageous.
