Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at every client touchpoint, delivering personalised, high‑calibre service throughout the buying journey.
- Advise clients on product characteristics, styling, materials and trends to drive considered purchases and build long‑term relationships.
- Present and merchandise collections in accordance with brand visual and presentation standards.
- Contribute to achievement of individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain accurate client profiles and follow up on leads, appointments and post‑sale service using established CRM processes.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and ensure cash and stock handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience and uphold brand compliance and loss‑prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build long‑term client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (in luxury retail preferred).
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Fluent Mandarin; proficiency in English or another foreign language is advantageous.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales or client advisory experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium goods; demonstrable results in client acquisition and meeting sales targets are highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer‑service training preferred.
