Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Charlotte to deliver luxury sales and client experiences. Full-time retail role requiring 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong client relationships, delivering personalized, client-centric experiences both in-store and remotely to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating lasting connections, and exceeding expectations through generous service
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and deepening engagement with existing patrons
  • Drive individual and collective sales results through effective selling techniques, cross-selling, and upselling while maintaining ethical standards
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and elevation through luxury gestures, product rituals, and expert styling advice rooted in deep product knowledge
  • Leverage in-store technology to collect meaningful client information, personalize service, and create smooth, relevant experiences
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients and managing all transactions with a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, product collections, and client segmentation through proactive training and learning
  • Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, visual display execution according to Gucci standards, POS transactions, and loss prevention
  • Foster collaborative communication with team members and propose effective solutions in a dynamic, fast-moving retail environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in similar roles or customer service settings
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury brands
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic retail environment
