Gucci Client Advisor position in Charleston, SC. Drive luxury sales and build client relationships while delivering elevated brand experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from first contact through best-in-class in-store and remote service
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, demonstrating generosity and exceeding expectations consistently
  • Develop client base by recruiting new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
  • Collect and utilize meaningful client information to customize service and understand individual preferences
  • Create added value for clients by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
  • Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, elevation, luxury gestures, and product rituals
  • Execute effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner while maintaining client-centric approach
  • Select products matched to client needs and effectively employ cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales by proactively recruiting clients for selling opportunities
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, handling exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions
  • Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their needs
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, offering collaborative and effective solutions
  • Engage clients through expert product knowledge, storytelling, and honest styling advice to support purchasing decisions
  • Attend trainings proactively to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Stay current on fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation to deliver optimal solutions
  • Combine styling knowledge with the ability to offer products that best serve each client

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with ability to inspire trust and collaboration
  • Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude
