Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Central Valley, NY (Woodbury Commons) to deliver luxury retail sales and client service. Hourly $17–$18.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Gucci brand ambassador to deliver best-in-class, elevated client service and to achieve individual and store sales objectives.
- Proactively engage, recruit and develop client relationships both in-store and remotely to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Deliver personalised client experiences through storytelling, expert product knowledge, styling advice and by capturing meaningful client data.
- Use effective selling techniques—cross-sell, upsell and consultative selling—to maximise transaction value and promote virtual appointments and distance sales.
- Ensure exceptional operational standards: process POS transactions accurately, maintain stock levels, participate in inventories and support loss-prevention policies.
- Uphold Gucci visual merchandising and grooming standards, contribute to store administration and ensure an optimal sales-floor product presentation.
- Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date product knowledge, market trends and competitor awareness and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster open communication and propose solutions that enhance the client experience and store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion or high-end retail sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proven ability to build and sustain lasting client relationships and to drive individual and store results.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct; ability to inspire trust and collaboration.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the capacity to adapt to diverse client needs and complex situations.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer-facing role with evidence of consistent sales performance and relationship development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 18 per hour.
