Gucci Client Advisor position in Cape Town, South Africa—represent the luxury brand and guide customers through their purchasing journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout the purchasing journey and present Gucci collections in accordance with brand standards
- Represent the brand with professionalism and embody company values as the visible face of the maison
- Provide detailed guidance on product styles, characteristics, and current trends to support informed purchasing decisions
- Contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients across diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and translate them into relevant product recommendations
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards
- Passion for fashion, design, and the Gucci brand aesthetic
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience in a luxury or fashion environment is preferred; however, candidates with strong sales ability and brand affinity may be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in fashion, business, or hospitality is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
