- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or business is advantageous.
