Gucci Client Advisor — 12-month contract in Calgary at Holt Renfrew. Deliver elevated client experiences and achieve sales targets for Gucci.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Gucci brand ambassador in-store and remotely, delivering best-in-class, personalised client experiences that deepen client loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Proactively develop and expand a client base through recruitment, clienteling and outreach, collecting and maintaining accurate client data to tailor future engagements.
- Drive individual and store sales objectives by maximising selling opportunities, using effective upselling and cross-selling techniques and monitoring KPIs.
- Use storytelling and expert product knowledge to advise clients, combining styling insight with product selection to guide purchase decisions.
- Promote and conduct virtual appointments and distance sales, leveraging in-store technology and POS systems to ensure seamless transactions and client follow-up.
- Participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, visual merchandising adherence and loss-prevention procedures to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales or comparable customer-facing experience with a verifiable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships and to contribute to collective store results.
- High degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays; legal authorization to work in Canada.
Skills
Experience
At least 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail or a high-end customer service environment, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies in fashion, merchandising, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
