Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Gucci brand ambassador by delivering best-in-class, personalised client service both in-store and remotely to build long-term client relationships.
- Proactively recruit and develop a client base, promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities and drive repeat business.
- Use expert product knowledge and storytelling to advise clients, select appropriate products, and apply cross-sell and upsell techniques.
- Capture and update meaningful client information using in-store technology and POS systems to personalise future interactions and ensure accurate client records.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through elevated selling skills, luxury gestures and product rituals while maintaining a client-centric attitude.
- Participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, POS transactions and general store administration to ensure operational excellence.
- Uphold Gucci visual merchandising standards and contribute to presentation of product on the sales floor.
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, grooming and conduct, and foster collaborative communication with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or an equivalent customer-facing role with an excellent track record.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results while building lasting client relationships.
- High degree of professionalism, ethics and the ability to inspire trust and collaboration among colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury, with strong commercial awareness and client-first attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to perform in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or vocational training in fashion, retail or a related field is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 16.90 per hour.
