Role & Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients in-store and remotely to create personalised, branded luxury experiences and build long-term relationships.
- Drive individual and store sales results by identifying opportunities, using effective selling, cross-sell and upsell techniques and monitoring KPIs.
- Develop and recruit new clients while nurturing and segmenting an existing client base through clienteling and data capture.
- Promote and conduct virtual appointments and distance sales to create remote selling opportunities.
- Use in-store technology and POS systems to ensure seamless transactions and accurate capture of client information.
- Deliver expert product storytelling, styling advice and local lifestyle insights to add value to the client journey.
- Contribute to store operations: stock maintenance, inventories, visual merchandising and compliance with Gucci visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and grooming standards, with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster open communication, propose solutions and maintain a high-performance team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion or comparable high-end retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships and to exceed individual and store results.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism and integrity with strong commercial awareness.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse clients and complex situations.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on luxury fashion sales experience, with a demonstrable history of client acquisition, retention and consistently meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or related fields preferred.
