Gucci is recruiting a Client Advisor in Busan to represent the brand and guide customers through their luxury retail journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients and guide them at every stage of the buying journey
- Present the collection using established brand standards and visual merchandising principles
- Provide expert support and counsel on product styles, characteristics, and current trends
- Contribute to achieving set sales targets through effective client engagement
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and personalised attention
- Embody and communicate company values in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Gucci brand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage clients and guide them through the purchasing journey
- Understanding of luxury retail standards and customer service excellence
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is advantageous. Experience in brand representation and client engagement is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail management, or luxury goods is beneficial.
