Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the purchasing journey with comprehensive product knowledge and styling expertise
- Present collections in accordance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Provide detailed advice on product characteristics, care, and trends to support client decision-making
- Maintain store presentation standards and actively contribute to achieving sales targets
- Embody and communicate brand values through professional conduct and authentic client engagement
- Support store management operations and contribute to an elevated shopping environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
