Gucci Client Advisor position in Busan: guide luxury shoppers through curated collections and achieve sales targets in a premium retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the complete buying journey with personalized product recommendations
- Present the Gucci collection and seasonal offerings using established brand standards and visual merchandising principles
- Provide expert consultancy on product characteristics, styling advice, and fashion trends
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction metrics
- Embody brand values and maintain the highest standards of professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Support store management and operational activities as required
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury environment
- Strong understanding of fashion, product knowledge, and current market trends
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets whilst prioritizing customer experience
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail sales or equivalent customer-facing role within high-end retail is essential.
Education
Secondary education minimum; completion of luxury retail or customer service certification programs is advantageous.
